We’re thrilled to announce that we have won both awards we were shortlisted for at this year’s Damar Apprenticeship Champion Awards.
Following a recordbreaking number of nominations - three times more than in 2024 -competition was exceptionally strong across all categories. Being named finalists was already a major achievement. Winning both awards is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Large Employer of the Year - Winner
Clarity has been crowned the Large Employer winner, recognising our longstanding commitment to developing talent, investing in skills and creating meaningful career pathways across the business.
This award celebrates employers who champion apprenticeships, embed learning into their culture and deliver exceptional support to apprentices at every stage.
Apprentice Award for Abby Jones – Winner
We’re equally delighted to share that Abby Jones, our Customer Experience Team Manager, has won in the “Apprentices Nominated by Their Damar Coach” category.
Abby received an outstanding nomination from her Damar coach, recognising her dedication, growth and positive impact throughout her apprenticeship journey. Being selected as one of six finalists was a huge achievement - winning the category is testament to her hard work and commitment.
