We’re delighted to share that we, in partnership with our customer, Royal Mail Group, took home a Highly Commended award in last night’s Spotlight Rail Awards 2026.
Taking home the Highly Commended in the ‘Acting as One Team - Customer Experience’ category, this award is recognition of our outstanding collaboration that has directly improved the passenger experience, and we’re incredibly proud to be recognised.
This win is a testament to the strength of our long-standing relationship with Royal Mail Group, and to the exceptional teamwork across both organisations. Together, we’ve delivered impactful, rail‑focused campaign work designed to enhance the journey experience for Royal Mail travellers. It highlights not only the creativity and dedication of our joint teams, but the shared commitment to putting customers first at every point.
