Our people have been recognised among the very best in the industry, taking home three awards at the Business Travel People Awards 2026, held last night at the Connaught Rooms in London.
Having gone into the ceremony with six nominations, more than any other TMC, we came away with wins in three categories:
- Account Management Team of the Year
- People Manager of the Year – Andrea McMullan
- Sales Champion of the Year – Carly Tebay
The wins kick-start an exciting awards season for us at Clarity, with Business Travel Partner of the Year – Medium TMC at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026 still to be announced later this month, alongside our customer SSE shortlisted, with Jacquie Peebles in the running for European Travel Buyer of the Year.
A night to remember
The Business Travel People Awards celebrate the individuals and teams shaping the future of business travel, and this year's ceremony brought together the sector's leading TMCs, buyers and suppliers for a glittering evening at one of London's most iconic venues.
It was a night that put the spotlight firmly on the people behind the business. Our Account Management Team's win recognises the consistently high standard of service and partnership they bring to customers every day, while Andrea and Carly’s individual awards reflect the impact they've each had on their teams and on our wider business.
In their words

Account Management Team of the Year – Clarity Account Management Team

People Manager of the Year – Andrea McMullan
Described as a "much-needed ray of sunshine", the judges praised Andrea as a compassionate and highly effective leader, dedicated to always bringing out the best in people.
Sales Champion of the Year – Carly Tebay
The judges recognised Carly as Clarity's top salesperson for two consecutive years, having helped secure two major retail accounts. They highlighted her refreshing, personal and relaxed approach, one that makes every sales meeting feel like a meeting with a friend.
Looking ahead
With three trophies now on the shelf and a shortlisting at the Business Travel Awards Europe still to come, it's been a season to remember. The wins are a fitting tribute to the people who power the business every day, and a strong signal of the standards we continue to set across the business travel and meetings sector.
