Clarity shortlisted for Damar Apprenticeship Champion Awards

Read all about our latest apprenticeship success, one of our apprentices shortlisted alongside our wider business shortlisting.

We’re delighted to share that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Large Employer category at the 2026 Damar Apprenticeship Champion Awards. This recognition highlights our commitment to developing talent, investing in skills and building meaningful career pathways across the business.

This year saw a record number of entries, with three times more nominations than in 2024, making the shortlisting process incredibly competitive. Being named one of just six finalists is an achievement we’re extremely proud of.

We’re also thrilled to announce that Abby Jones, our Customer Experience Team Manager, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the “Apprentices Nominated by Their Damar Coach” category. Abby received an exceptional nomination from her coach, and is one of six finalists.

All finalist submissions will now be reviewed by Damar’s expert judging panel, with winners announced during National Apprenticeship Week, 9 - 15 February 2026.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved, especially Abby, and look forward to celebrating the final results in February.

“Apprenticeships are a vital part of Clarity’s future. They strengthen our talent pipeline, help colleagues to grow their skills and knowledge with confidence, and bring new energy and capability into every corner of the business.”

- Neil Wainwright‑Farrar, Head of Learning & Development
