Clarity achieves Greengage ECOSmart certification

Last year we announced our partnership with Greengage to roll out ECOsmart - a unique green booking initiative and sustainability certification programme for our customers and suppliers.

This year, we’ve been awarded the ECOsmart business certification!

This certification marks another step in our ongoing sustainability journey – as achieving a new certification is never the end, but part of our continuous commitment to prioritise what’s important to our planet, as well as our people.

ECOsmart for business is specifically designed and created with the travel industry in mind, by experts who know what good really looks like when it comes to travel. Essentially, this evaluates our commitment and strategy to our community, sustainability goals, building management and ethical supply chain via a thorough assessment conducted by independent auditors - which we achieved successfully first-time round!

We’ve already integrated the ECOsmart API into our proprietary booking technology MeetingsPro, which allows bookers to select accredited sustainable properties, with integration to Clarity Go to follow very soon. Now they can rest even more assured that we don't just talk about it for our hotels and venues, we live and breathe it ourselves.
