ClarityGo has taken off since launch – with 95% adoption, millions of bookings and fantastic feedback. Here’s why it’s changing the business travel experience.
We’re always working hard to bring the best possible experience to our customers, and we’re thrilled to share some fantastic news about ClarityGo, our proprietary online booking platform.
Since its official launch in June 2024, ClarityGo has seen record levels of adoption and customer satisfaction. All of our customers have now moved over to ClarityGo from our previous third-party online booking tool, and former Agiito customers are expected to complete their transition by the end of this year as part of our integration journey since Clarity acquired Agiito in 2023.
We’re proud to say that ClarityGo has achieved a remarkable 95% adoption rate, highlighting just how well it’s been received by our users. It’s already handled over a million bookings and supports an impressive 2 million product searches every month. On an average day, we see 45,000 sessions and 9.3 bookings every minute – a testament to how ClarityGo is transforming the travel management experience for our customers.
Beyond just numbers, ClarityGo has helped reduce contacts to our offline support teams by 23% over the past year. This shows that our platform isn’t just popular – it’s genuinely helping our customers manage travel more seamlessly, letting them self-serve with confidence.
We spent three years designing and building ClarityGo, combining our in-house expertise with valuable insights from our customers. The result is a fast, intuitive booking experience for flights, hotels, rail, and car hire, with seamless handoffs between online and offline support when needed.
The platform’s consumer-style interface is easy to navigate, with unified and relevant search results that appear in seconds. ClarityGo brings together rich content including NDC, GDS, and low-cost flight options; academic and marine fares; a database of over a million hotels, including our exclusive Clarity Rooms programme rates; plus real-time rail availability for the UK, Eurostar, and international travel. It’s all integrated with the ClarityGo Mobile App, making sure bookings, itineraries, e-wallet, and approvals stay perfectly in sync.
We’re also proud that ClarityGo is the first and currently only online booking tool in our industry to achieve WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility accreditation from the Digital Accessibility Centre. We believe inclusivity should be standard, and ClarityGo is built to be accessible for all users, supporting sensory differences and assistive technologies.
The feedback we’ve received has been fantastic – like this from a charity sector client:
“The migration to ClarityGo has been seamless. The team have been extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I’ve already received good feedback about the new system and how easy it is to use.”
And this from a client in the education sector:
“Thank you to everyone on the team for their assistance throughout the migration process. We couldn’t have hoped for a smoother transition to a new system. Very impressed and great feedback from all users so far!”
As our Executive Director for Product and Commercial, Sue Chapman, put it:
“This marks a significant milestone in our technology journey, showcasing the power of both innovation and collaboration. We are proud to lead the way in delivering solutions that truly make a difference for our customers.
Our teams have worked tirelessly to bring innovation to life, and seeing it add real value to those using the technology is extremely rewarding. We look forward to continuing to push boundaries, challenge expectations, and create meaningful impact.”
We’re excited to keep building on this momentum, always focused on creating better, smarter ways to support our customers. If you’d like to learn more about ClarityGo or how it can streamline your travel management, please get in touch – we’d be delighted to show you around!
