We’re proud to announce our commitment to the Co-op Levy Share Scheme for 2026, to fund apprenticeships for individuals who may not otherwise have access to these opportunities. This partnership reflects our shared values and a historic connection with Co-op that runs deep in our DNA.
For us, apprenticeships are more than a development tool, they’re a pathway to success. We’ve supported over 70 apprentices to date, helping colleagues gain practical skills and confidence to thrive in their careers. By joining the Co-op Levy Share Scheme, we’re taking this commitment further, helping to close the skills gap and create opportunities for underrepresented groups.
The Co-op Levy Share Scheme has already delivered impressive results, supporting more than 3,800 apprenticeships, with 30% from ethnic minority backgrounds, 67% female, and 19% declaring a disability. Co-op’s ambition to ‘do good’ aligns perfectly with our own values.

Our connection with Co-op goes beyond this partnership. As well as proudly supporting their travel management requirements, many of our colleagues once worked under the Co-operative Travel Management brand – later becoming Clarity Business Travel - and that heritage continues to shape who we are today. Supporting Co-op’s scheme represents how we aim to do something meaningful that aligns with our own values, while strengthening ties with a valued customer.
