We're proud to announce that we're among the first eight Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to achieve the newly launched Business Travel Association (BTA) accreditation, a milestone which highlights our commitment to delivering best-in-class service, reliability and expertise for customers.
The BTA, the UK’s leading voice for the business travel industry, has unveiled its first-ever formal accreditation scheme, marking a significant step forward in raising standards across the sector. Designed to provide businesses with greater confidence when selecting a travel partner, the accreditation recognises TMCs that meet rigorous professional benchmarks across key operational areas.
Our inclusion in the inaugural cohort of accredited TMCs highlights our ongoing investment in quality, compliance and customer experience.
Raising the bar for business travel
BTA accreditation Level 1 evaluates organisations against six core criteria: financial stability, professional competence, data protection, insurance, client service and business continuity. By meeting these standards, we have demonstrated our ability to deliver resilient, secure and high-quality travel management services to organisations of all sizes, from global corporates to SMEs managing travel for the first time.
For customers, the new accreditation provides clear reassurance. It acts as an independent validation that their chosen TMC has been assessed against meaningful industry standards and operates with the professionalism required in today’s complex travel landscape.
The scheme itself represents a broader ambition from the BTA to enhance transparency and trust in the market, while formally recognising the high standards that its members consistently uphold.
A mark of trust for customers
The introduction of the accreditation gives buyers a straightforward but powerful benefit: confidence. In an increasingly competitive and fast-evolving sector, businesses need assurance that their travel partner can deliver not only cost efficiency, but also duty of care, compliance and operational excellence.
As one of the first TMCs to receive the accreditation at launch, we are helping to set the benchmark for what quality looks like across the industry.
Leadership perspective
Commenting on the achievement, Donna Fitzgerald, our Chief Growth Officer, and Executive Board Officer at the BTA, said:
“We’re incredibly proud to be among the first TMCs to successfully achieve the new BTA ccreditation. This accreditation reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
“We fully support the BTA’s vision to raise the bar across the business travel industry. Accreditation is a clear demonstration to our customers that they can trust us to operate with integrity, resilience, and expertise in every aspect of travel management.
“As the industry continues to evolve, initiatives like this are vital in giving businesses confidence and clarity when choosing a travel partner, and we’re delighted to be leading the way.”
Strengthening confidence across the sector
The BTA has championed professionalism within business travel for over 60 years, and the introduction of a formal accreditation framework signals the next phase in that journey. By making quality standards more visible and measurable, the scheme aims to strengthen trust between TMCs and the organisations they serve.
For us, achieving the accreditation at launch reinforces its position as a trusted, forward-thinking partner, committed not only to meeting industry standards, but helping to shape them.
Our early adoption places us firmly at the forefront of a movement designed to elevate expectations and deliver greater value for business travel customers.
