This accessibility statement applies to www.claritygo.travel and https://crown.claritygo.travel.

Accessibility statement

This website is run by Clarity Business Travel Limited (Clarity). Clarity want the website to be accessible for as many users as possible. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate all of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • listen to all of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. The AbilityNet website can advise you on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible is the website, ClarityGo

  • There are no known issues at WCAG Level A or Level AA priority.
  • There are three known issues at Level AAA priority:
    • Some links throughout the site do not meet the required contrast ratio (7:1), only achieving 4.9:1. For example, the ‘Reset’ link located on the ClarityGo sign in page.
  • When a user is inactive on the service for sometime, some users are timed-out of the service and placed on the log-in screen. Although a modal dialog appears which prompts users to confirm they wish to remain on the service, this timeout is not explained to users before it is encountered. This can be highly problematic as users would not be able tore-access the service easily nor would any of their data input be kept.
  • There is an abbreviation of ‘ToD’ placed within the ‘Ticket on departure’ section of the page. However, users have not been informed of the meaning of this abbreviation on this page, meaning that users who are unfamiliar with this abbreviation are not made aware of its expanded form.
