Essential Information

1.  Please ensure that you have complied with all passport and visa requirements. If you are in any doubt about the requirements or need any assistance with arranging your passport or visa please contact us. Please remember that unless we have agreed to arrange your passport or visa it is the traveller's responsibility to obtain these prior to travel. All domestic carriers require valid photographic id, passport format is recommended. However please check with us for carrier specific requirements.

2.  For security reasons, the US, most EU States and other countries now require airlines to provide details about their passengers before they travel. This is known as Advance Passenger Information (API).

The API requirements vary from country to country. Contact your Clarity Consultant if you have any questions about API requirements.

Providing your API should not be confused with applying for a visa. You will still need to follow the entry rules for every country you visit, as well as any customs and passport control regulations.

The following information is related to UK Passport holders only. If you are non UK passport holder please refer to Clarity or the issuing Countries consulate for specific requirements in relation to your Nationality.

3.  Travelling to the USA or Australia?

You will require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation). All eligible travellers who wish to travel to the US, or transit the United States, under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization and then pay the fee 72 hours prior to traveling to the United States.
